Run For Rights, in collaboration with Amnesty International Hungary, is a community run for those who believe in a more open, inclusive and just society.

Run For Rights is a community run where it’s not about the time, but about moving together for an important cause. We’ll run a comfortable 5 km loop on Margaret Island – everyone is welcome, from beginners to experienced runners! Step out of your everyday routine, connect with others, and stand with us for the values of equal rights, inclusion, and respect.

Hundreds have already joined our community
Join us on June 13 and run a lap around the margaret island!
We’ll meet at the green area next to the Musical Fountain, where we’ll kick things off with a shared, music-filled warm-up. We’ll run one lap around the island, then stay together for a relaxed picnic – with conversations, time together, and activities for children as well.
- Meeting at 9:30 next to the Musical Fountain
- Upbeat music for a great atmosphere
- Rainbow stickers and temporary tattoos
- Face painting and balloon twisting for kids
